I spent 13 years working at the Unemployment/Workforce department of another Midwestern state. She’s in BIG TROUBLE! Joe needs to file a civil rights lawsuit, pronto!
I agree. I have heard of a few people over the years look into private information of others and they were always fired on the spot. It is a big no no.
Utt ohh ... "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help in your "well being"
The Obama campaign has said it has no ties to the checks and supports investigations.
Utt ohh ... "I'm not from the government, but I'm running for overseer of the government ... I support transparency in reason for anyone who questions the government"
She said on Monday that her department frequently runs checks for any unpaid child support obligations "when someone is thrust quickly into the public spotlight."
Utt ohhh ... "The peons are squeaking, they must be shut down"
Jones-Kelly also has denied any connections between the computer checks on Wurzelbacher and her support for Obama. She donated the maximum $2,500 this year to the Obama campaign.
Tell it like it is, kiddo, don't hold back ... "I'm from the government, I support a particular party and candidate, and I'm going to use my government access to wreck you life if you don't support *my* candidate"
If he could get it filed by Friday and hit the presses over the weekend maybe this would show the Obamabots how The One will stop at nothing, or until we are all nothing.
Isn’t that the truth. I have access to databases that include but are not limited to wage date by SSN, Cross match wage data nationally, new hire national wage data and special investigative tools to look for reoccurring SSNs both state and nationally and 1099 information.
If I ever put in any social security number that I couldn’t prove I had a case assigned to me - I would immediately lose my job. No passing go, no collecting 200 dollars just straight to jail. The last state worker I heard about used the different softwares to investigate a Republican candidate running for election. Luckily at the time we had a Republican administration, I don’t know if this would have been the case if it was a democratic governor.
How come it is always a Democrat caught doing stuff like this? Is it because Democrats are so ideology driven that they are willing to do anything for the cause? Or is it that their ideology transends the laws? The old ends justifies the means argument that is typically Marxist.
I wouldn’t take a bullet for my party. I might for my country but the only time the left takes a bullet it seems the exact opposite. They are willing to take a bullet against their country.
“Shes in BIG TROUBLE! Joe needs to file a civil rights lawsuit, pronto!”
You are absolutely CORRECT!
Heh, my first thought was, "Well, Joe is going to get the money to buy that business he wants, and all courtesy of an Obama-bot:-)"
We can all hope she's held accountable for her actions, but I'm not holding my breath...
Several comments. First, this shouldn't be treated much differently than an IRS employee satisfying personal curiousity by accessing neighbor's returns. There's no government reason for this. Second, the clerk may experience some discomfort, but her higher ups were defending (and may indeed have asked for) the information. This is what should be investigated and punished.
I wouldn't hold my breath, though, since the ONE is so important. If he gets elected, forget it. If he doesn't the GOP is too screwed up to follow up. ACORN should have been put out of business in 2000 or 2004. Both elections had well advertised vote fraud in Philly and Milwaukee.
I was speaking to an old (blind Obama supporter) last night. She lives in Texas and has read NOTHING about this gigantic invasion into Joe’s privacy, altho she is still ranting about Pres. Bush’s wiretaps of innocent Americans.
These people are deluded.
He needs to sue and sue LOUDLY - maybe he needs to ask the ACLU to take his case, and then make very public their refusal, if they are dumb enough to do so. And their acceptance, if they are dumb enough to do so.
That civil servant needs to be put in jail. I blame Taft for not being on the ball (I think he never really liked being in the public eye) for us being stuck with a worthless governor like Strickland.
