At what hospital and what was the name of the doctor. Everyone’s real birth certificate has that. Unless you are born outside the US to citizens or adopted.

The hearing is set for November 18, 2008 at 10:30 A.M.

You are right. no where did the DOH confirm that they indeed had record of him being BORN in Hawaii! The statement was completely mish-moshed!!... even the DOH is skirting issues now.

This issue was one of Obama's easiest to solve. All he had to do was ask for and receive his original and post it !!!!but NO! More of the sameo sameo...

It does not matter to the mushy middle, the still-undecideds, the politically clueless who still bother to vote anyway. They don't care about the authenticity of birth certificates, the friends and associations, the running mates, the dissing or respect shown to Hillary, the former school registrations, the condition of the parentage, or the bitchiness of the wife of Barack Obama.

All they care about is, "How is this guy going to impact my life?" and John McCain has hit on the winning theme of "He's going to take money from you to give to his supporters."

That's all that's going to matter when the final votes are counted.

My theory:

Obama was absolutely born in Hawaii.

But the BC lists his father as Frank Marshall Davis -- which is why Obama told the judge in the Berg suit that he could not release the BC without causing "serious embarrassment."
