Yesterday, as word spread that Onyango was Obama’s aunt, Wallace was bursting with pride.
“I think it’s great to have her,” he said. “Maybe her nephew will visit.”

I feel sad for her as she’s an old lady. But the reality is that what Obama is doing to her, he’d do to the country.
For a vote, he’d sell us out in a heartbeat and put tens of millions of illegal aliens and their families on our shores and benefits.

The statute regarding the Affidavit of Support, Form I-864, states clearly that in order for an alien to immigrate through a family-based petition, and some employment-based petitions, they must overcome the public charge ground of inadmissibility. Therefore, the petitioner on the Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, must execute and submit a legally enforceable Affidavit of Support on Form I-864. The second paragraph of the instructions to Form I-864, advises the sponsor that by executing the form he or she is agreeing "to support the intending immigrant and any spouse and/or children immigrating with him or her" until the contract terminates. In cases where the Affidavit is executed by a spouse, even divorce does not terminate the obligation." Part 7 of Form I-864 states: "The sponsor must provide the sponsored immigrant(s) whatever support is necessary to maintain them at an income that is at least 125 percent of the Federal poverty income guidelines."

One of the things about this story that really bugs me is that there seems to be no teeth in decisions made by the Immigration Department. Who is responsible for enforcing these decisions?
ICE, I suspect. Heck, if they won’t even deport violent criminals who are illegally, why would they go after a well-connected, otherwise law-abiding auntie who’s just sucking off the public teat.

Yes, that would certainly explain why Obama didn’t want to sponsor her. He’s for sharing everybody’s wealth but his own.
However, I’m curious as to why she lost her asylum petition. Remember that this would have been around the time that Obama was involved with Odinga, and I would imagine this woman is also an Odinga relative (since Raila Odinga is Obama’s cousin). Did that mean that she was considered one of the aggressors, and hence not somebody who needed asylum? Remember, the entire Obama family in Kenya is very involved in Marxism and extreme left violent politics, and are followers of their local messiah, Odinga.
Time for Zeituni to go home? Amazing how illegal immigrants can suck on the public nipple for years and years and years and years and how her own nephew who is not currently short of cash, won’t help her. His Kenyan aunt has basically retired here and never kicked in a dime of taxes or Social Security. I'll be she's on SSI even though you have to be a legal resident to pull off that scam
