No Sleep ‘Til Phoenix For Palin
CBS News ^

Posted on 11/03/2008 5:39:58 PM PST by mathwhizz

(CLEVELAND) - Sarah Palin campaigns in six cities in five states on Monday, and that’s not even the most grueling part of her final push before Election Day.

After her last campaign rally in Elko, Nev., concludes at about 11:15pm local time, Palin will fly overnight to Anchorage, so that she can vote at around 7am Alaska time in Wasilla. She’ll then fly straight to Phoenix to be in place for the Republicans’ Election Night party and isn’t expected to land there until about 7:30pm ET.

Aides to Palin said there was never any serious discussion about the possibility of having the governor vote absentee, in order to avoid the grueling trip to Alaska and that Palin insisted that she campaign late into the night on Monday, catching whatever sleep she can on the flight.

On Monday, Palin will move east to west as she stumps in Lakewood, Ohio, Jefferson City, Missouri, Dubuque, Iowa, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Reno, Nevada, and Elko, Nevada. President Bush won all five of those states in 2004.

The title is idiotic, but the story shows her dedication.

LORD, protect, strengthen and amplify the voice of this upright Virtuous Woman, may she be as Esther of old.

May old and young, male and female be stirred also to do what they can, by her humble courage, in Jesus’ Name amen.

And she has single-handedly pulled McCain's backside out of the hole...twice.

I hope this lovely lady gets even a few hours of sleep in her own bed at home tonight.

In my best Glan Campbell voice.

Win or lose, she will have four years to rest and prepare herself to be the first female POTUS. (Eat your heart out, Hillary). ;-)

There are a lot of us old white guys that would love to see Sarahcuda as President Palin...God knows, all of us old dads would love to see their own in her place. In my case, my daughter is blonde, beautiful and tough like Sarah...she also lives near Sarah and has worked professionally with her in that area. Unlike Sarah, my daughter is a hard-core vegetarian, but otherwise thinks Sarah is beautiful, tough and on top of everything (very much like herself).

GO SARAH BABY, GIVE 'EM HELL!
