Well, they must be running the clip somewhere else, or took it down. Rats.
All I’m getting is a view of a polling place with 2 big palm trees out front and a building with nothing out front and cars going by. The palm trees clip is def. NOT Philly!
One of the guys is a poll watcher, lives in the building, and is parading around in Black Panther gear. I don’t think there is a law that can prevent him from doing this..there should be though.
