McCain took my state even though I voted for Barr so I didn’t give Obama to anyone. Electoral College? Hear of it?

That the GOP/RNC ran an extremely flawed candidate is scarcely my fault. Juan lost me irrevocably when he "suspended his campaign" (whatever that means) to return to Washington to vote FOR the bailout. Also, I was singularly unimpressed with the pick of Gov. Palin. Doubtless, she is a fine person, but she does absolutely nothing for me. Sorry, but I just didn't see her as potentially presidential.
Go ahead, blame me. I voted 3rd party for President. The McMaverick showed me time and again that he did not want my vote, so I simply obliged him.
FWIW, I did join the less 40% of Michigan voters in a futile attempt to elect Jack Hoogendyke to the US Senate. He was an excellent candidate, and I thought he did quite well in the debates he had with Sen. Levin. I hope that he will continue in Michigan politics.
