Murtha re-elected

Well, Murtha got re-elected comfortably. The only thing that will save my day is if Prop 8 passes in California. That will be close. It's winning now, but not by much.

I hope they come for their guns and religion first. They deserve what they elected.

The field commanders should start thinking about how they can finance the military out of our foreign conquests ~ which weren't conquests at all until I just now started thinking of them that way.

The US military really doesn't need Congress, particularly for it's activities abroad.

Right now I don't think I'd blame them for kind of pulling out of the command structure for a while.

It's not going to get better you know.

That’s just great. A real American patriot. He deserves it.

Well, if the country can elect an open racist / Marxist then it only makes sense that western PA would reelect someone who openly called the voters a bunch of racist rednecks and who is on video negotiating a bribe.

Principles don’t matter, issues don’t matter, character doesn’t matter. Whoever promoses the biggest redistribution of wealth gains power.

Murtha won because he really does represent that district (and a patriotic ex-military conservative doesn’t).

*shakes head*

The Chinese used to say it was a curse to live in interesting times.

And things certainly are...interesting...this election.

In almost everyway imaginable, Pennsylvania has been the biggest-state (commonwealth) disappointment of the night...Murtha, Kanjorski, Carney...the margin of Obama’s victory. What a mess that once proud place has become.

They can’t see that they are being “bought” into slavery with their own dollars.

The voters in Murtha’s district have proved that the “ear marks” and “pork” are addictive......

The bastards lack any confidence of caring for themselves without the “ear marked pork” Murtha extracts from the nation's taxpayers and send to feed the racist rednecks in his district....

Once you give the mob the right to vote your dollars into their pockets — the jig is up. Literally!

They don’t deserve utter devastation. That’s just foolish.

What they don't deserve is America's Finest defending them.

So yeah, let fire and brimstone come on their heads next time, like it did in Manhatten and Alexandria, VA.

I've had it with the voters in this country electing the likes of Murtha and 0bama, who gave a man, that endured torture for this country, the finger.

Democrats are simply too vile to deal with as though they were human beings.

All pretense is now dropped.

Republicans next time need to forget about PA and spend those resources elsewhere. Where? I haven’at a clue.

I wonder if Manhattan itself might not be more fertile ground for Republicans than PA, so often a bitter disappointment.

The people in that district got what they deserved. If you let your rep run you down on national TV like that and still return him to office then you deserve him.
