As soon as he takes office, his first priority will be the economy. Everything else will take a backseat. I don't see a full withdrawal in our near future. I also believe that as he becomes privy to more classified intel relating to Iraq and Afghanistan, that he may begin to see why we cant set a time table to our withdrawal. This is a pretty touchy situation, and no matter what he said during his campaign, his policies will (hopefully) reflect the realities of current day Iraq. We cannot give the country back to terrorist, or the work and sacrifices made by our service men and women will be all for not.

Iraq has already stated when they want Coalition troop out. It is their country. The Coalition are simply guests of the Iraqi Government.

Hours....my son just made the decision not to re-enlist. He is as terrified of a draft as anything else. Going to lose all the young officers, the older ones wills start taking retirement and the US will have the least experienced military since the Revolutionary War.
