Didn’t you watch the Nation Service Forum at Columbia, it was all about this....it’s a type of youth draft,,,and it will be implemented..the dems love it, it’s a Bill Ayers idea and he wrote about it. That 100 hrs is mandatory for college, and 50 hrs for youth...those jr high and high schools will lose federal funds if they don’t participate,,,it’s been discussed a lot of times.

If anything he will demand money from the middle class to create a new government program that supports other programs at each individual school that needs a paid director and board of supervisors, paid yearly, and a class of paid organizers, to help rally a base of volunteers for photo opportunities in the national media... 180 million dollar a year propaganda program.
