Congratulations to Barack Obama. The American electorate has decided that you will be our next president. As I have stated, I will honor and support my president, but there will be no free ride. When President-Elect Obama takes office in January, his term of service to the American people begins. We wish our new president blessings of wisdom and good judgment, and we pray he hearkens to our voice if ever we feel our American Dream is being threatened. It will be a loud voice, so good luck trying to ignore it.
Since we have launched this website, tens of thousands of you have expressed your desire to join this movement. I am truly humbled by your support, your kind words of encouragement and your becoming a part of something that I believe we all feel can truly change the course of this country for the better.
For those of you just visiting this website, remember that real change in America will only begin if the backbone of this country becomes personally involved in demanding more from our elected officials, and by helping one another in times of need. This is our mission. This is our fight. This is our time to secure our American Dream.
He may be hitting that $250,000 mark sooner than he expected.

He did not ask for this spotlight, but he is stepping up big time and sayin’ what needs to be said.
If the GOP and it’s candidates had 1/10 of the spine and wherewithal of Joe the Plumber, it’d be no freakin contest.
But alas, it’s been infected by milquetoast, country club, wannabe Americans.

I know about him than I know about the Dear Leader.
One of the things that struck me in the original footage of the ‘confrontation’ was that Joe was actually ‘confronting’ Obama - looking straight into his eyes, hands on his hips - iow, he didn’t flinch, like Obama’s typically white grandmother (RIP). And I think that is what got under Obama’s (and his supporters’) skin.
Joe treated him like just another mortal and he wasn’t used to that! :-)
I saw Joe at Sarah’s rally in Bowling Green, Ohio. It was amazing to see the audience applaud him. He was a huge star, I hope he can continue to bring some sense to all of this, his life has not been easy since he asked a question that should have been asked long before.

Sometimes God puts people into the right place and amazing things happen. Good for Joe-hopefully his new mission will be partially funded by the State of Ohio when he sues the pants off of them.
what a joke this guy is, it was reported on the news today that Joe was on WELFARE twice, and owes his share of back taxes.....nothing wrong with that Joe, its like real people need help from time to time, dont call it socialism.
I think central casting could have done a better job with him and Palin....you gotta check these folks out before you put them on a pedestal

Nobody put Joe upon the pedestal but Bama himself by forgetting there was a camera in action recording the real man....Bama, and then the socialist government arm of his political campaign set in motion to destroy Joe for of alllll things asking a simple tax question.

Sorry man. I am a Happy Warrior. I accept that Barack Obama is the President of the United States of America. I will not lower myself to the level of those shrill Bush Haters. I don't think it does much for my cause when I behave like a hater. I will resist his new programs by supporting the loyal opposition.
No one is more scared than am I of what a Obama presidency will do. That said, he won the election and until the next one he is my president. Until then I am going to put my best foot forward and begin the process of helping restore the conservative movement.
That is one of the most brilliant and insightful posts I’ve ever seen on FR.
I’m continuously shocked by how blinded people are now, even right here on Free Republic.
