I don’t know. Dave Leip does the coloring. I’d actually like to use those maps for a different purpose (to show what counties I’ve visited on trips), but I’m not sure how to do that.
Hit ‘print screen’ and paste the map in MS paint. You can recolor the counties to your liking.
