I would suggest, that if you are on welfare, or any form of public assistance you don’t get a full vote. (.25 .50 .75 vote, maybe)
Why would we let the inmates run the prison?
For crying out loud, let's start with the basics -- you need a pulse to vote. And you can vote once and only once.
After those basics, you must:
- Own property
- Pass a civics test
- Never been convicted of a felony
- Vote on election day only (no early voting, unless you can prove need for an absentee ballot)
- Produce legally valid identification
- Be 25 or 30 years old (People must toil in the "real world" for a while to truly comprehend the horrendously corrosive nature of the all powerful state)
