I would suggest, that if you are on welfare, or any form of public assistance you don’t get a full vote. (.25 .50 .75 vote, maybe)

Why would we let the inmates run the prison?

For crying out loud, let's start with the basics -- you need a pulse to vote. And you can vote once and only once.

After those basics, you must:

  1. Own property
  2. Pass a civics test
  3. Never been convicted of a felony
  4. Vote on election day only (no early voting, unless you can prove need for an absentee ballot)
  5. Produce legally valid identification
  6. Be 25 or 30 years old (People must toil in the "real world" for a while to truly comprehend the horrendously corrosive nature of the all powerful state)
