While he is still CinC we need President Bush to announce a “Terrorist Care Program” in which all of the Gitmo prisoners are assigned to individual Democrat clowns for “safekeeping” — be sure that all of the leading Democrats get one of their own to look after.
Cool, man ! Get them all legal counsel and hold bail hearings. Release them on their own recognizance. They were never given their Miranda rights on the battlefield. Release them immediately. Let them all reside in the U.S. Preferably in Chicago where they can visit with William Ayers and plot nasty revenge.
I predict that an army of millionaire Ivy league lawyers (that most of us will NEVER see no matter what crime we commit) will await their cases and get the majority of them off.
