If you consider that whites don’t vote in huge numbers for their race, but blacks and hispanics almost vote 100% for their race, you can see why a white person will never be president again.
Exactly. We are not sure what Obama is descended from; just that he is here. I think eventually that will be his downfall. He has no history of even being born.
But that has never been an issue for us....Only White men have been on the presidential tickets from day one....
What if it was reversed? only blacks were on the ticket then a white man came on scene..Would we do the same thing blacks did for Obama?
Maybe it is just human nature I don’t know...

I agree with you, in principal.
But we also know now that 97% of blacks will vote in a block for another black, regardless of his policies.
Indeed, 96% voted for Obama when pitted against Hillary -— and studies and even funny videos (thanks, Howard Stern) showed complete lack of knowledge of black voters of Obama’s positions.
Blacks are some 22% of the population -— almost half of Dhim voters.
With this block votes, I find it unlikely that a white Dhim will ever get the Dhim party nomination if there is a marginally credible black running for the nomination.
Similarly, with almost 1/4 votes already cast because of skin color, whites -— assuming voting on idealism (which results in a division at the ballot box) and not racism like blacks -— will never again be elected.
Digustingly sad, but true.
No I don’t think white people would do the same. We don’t seem to have racial self-identity, like other races. We are screwed.
So, in other words, the US will never elect a white person again. Lovely. No racism implied here at all.

So what? The one going in is Demonic, so Hispanic or anything else will be an improvement.
Blacks are approximately 13% of the population. Hispanics of all races are 15%.

His Brother Mario Diaz Balart is much more conservative and a better Pol. he also happens to have been born in Fort Lauderdale.
Problem is that he is a Congressman. We are years away from mario being a viable candidate.

Many white people have guilt I assume or are afraid as being branded racists..You see that constantly in the media...
1. If you are caucasion and make a remark about another race- You are a racist
2. If you are agaisnt homosexuality you are a homophobe and a bigot
3. If you are agaisnt illegal immigration..You are into discrimination
4. If you say something not in line with Israel-You are anti-semetic
Our entire world is about labeling people IMHO to intimidate them to keep there mouths shut.

Before we get too carried away with the “multi-ethnic” narrative:
Here’s what the CNN exit poll shows: even in a year when black turnout was exceptionally high, white non-Hispanic voters constituted nearly three-quarters of the electorate (74%). McCain received only 55% of the white, non-Hispanic voters. A modest (say 15%) improvement and the Republican candidate wins.
It would be a waste of scarce resources to target blacks and Hispanics when a relatively small increase in turnout and preference among white voters could tip the scales. This will be especially true in the elections of 2010 when we can count on a smaller black turnout.
That said, of course, outreach to minority groups who agree with our principles, is certainly a good thing to do. I think Asians, who represent just 2% of the voters, but a fast growing and entreprenurial group, should be targeted.
GWB may well be our last white President. One thing is for certain, though...there will never again be a ticket with two white males on it, not after this election. If either party ever again nominates two white males for Prez/VP, there will be screams of how we're "undoing all the progress," "going back to the old days of racism and discrimination," etc. I've heard it said that from now on, every presidential ticket will look like an anchor team on the evening news. In other words, at least one person on the ticket will have to be female and/or minority.

Remember the Titans...It reminded me of some of my own personal school years....One of the things I admired in the film was when Denzel as the Coach came up agasint one of the worst forms of racism in Alexandria Virginia, yet when he accomplished a *Great Task* of getting white and black ball players together and how great things came of it.
They were the 2nd Best High School Football Team in the USA.
We really lost some great values and virtues in overcoming racism.
