Fight To Reveal Obama's Birth Certificate Continues

Two of the plaintiffs in court cases against Sen. Barack Obama, the president-elect, are working to move their cases forward before his presidential inauguration.

Philip J. Berg, the attorney who filed suit against Mr. Obama challenging him to produce his original birth certificate to prove he meets the constitutional requirements to serve as U.S. president. Mr. Berg filed a Writ of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court late in October, in an effort to force Mr. Obama to produce the document.

Accordingly, the U.S. Supreme Court has said that Mr. Obama, the DNC and all co-defendants are to respond to the writ, on or before Dec. 1.

The judge in Mr. Berg's original case ruled that Mr. Berg does not have standing to enforce the constitutional requirements on a presidential candidate. Mr. Berg appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court.

You really ought to look into some of Berg's other cases.

You don't even need to look at other cases. In this case Berg cites Wikipedia to back up his scattered arguments. Not high quality work IMHO.

After watching you jump into every thread questioning the identity or origin of the man known as Obama, it appears curiouser and curiouser that you spend so much time defending his inconsistent story and lack of openess.

Are you paid to speak in his defense or just a faithful and dedicated admirer?

If you are so positive that you know him and he is the man he claims to be and is a natural-born citizen, why do you labor so intently to defend him. What difference does it make and why do you waste your time?

Your man may or may not get by with this fraud and only time will tell. His circumstances of hiding all records from Kindergarten through law school, all medical records, and sequestering his relatives speaks volumes to his ineligibility. His actions speak to the fact that he never had citizenship or natural-born status.

It explains why he tried to introduce a waiver to the Senate Resolution to grant himself nb status last spring. It explains the breach of the passport files by his campaign donors-Passport gate. The circumstances of deceit fit together like a dot-to-dot picture when you examine the chain of events.

You know that there are legitimate sets of circumstances where someone born to a resident of Hawaii would have a birth certificate on file. And Freeper David has done a superb job of outlining those issues last week.......

Lots of possibilities—all speculation at this point until the real original comes out. I have trouble overcoming my original view that some filing occurred on August 8, 1961.

Hawaii has an affidavit filing statute and although Dept of Health has said they only take those for out of date birth information, who knows what they did in 1961. Maybe as simple as that they took a fraudulent affidavit from grandma Dunham (which is part of the reason she was keeping her mouth shut).

Maybe they took an affidavit of home birth. Maybe they took a really manufactured document which they managed to get a supporting local doctor to slip into the chain of birth records he filed for true local births.

Maybe what happened is that after whatever occurred in Indonesia, they did an adoption or other filing.

In any event, like most other states, a child born in state A adopted by parents in state B would have a state B birth certificate showing the adoptive parents as true parents even though the child was born in a different state to other parents. Lots of possible variations on that theme in Barack’s case.

The Certificate of Live Birth tells you nothing about the real facts of the place and circumstances of his birth. The fact that it was also fraudulent raises questions but even if all the questions could be answered, you still don’t have any evidence of his true place of birth other than his refusal to permit disclosure of the vault birth record documents filed in August 1961 if any; live testimony that he was passing through Seattle in August of 1961 before his mother had learned to change his diapers; live testimony by the missionaries that she was precluded from getting on the airplane in Kenya because of her pregnancy; Barack’s own admission that mother was in Kenya 72 hours before the birth; and the testimony of Sarah and two half-siblings that they were present at his birth in Kenya.

Fact that he refuses to release his Hawaii vault birth records speaks volumes about his true place of birth. The most likely reason is that the bottom document on the file is a piece of paper that makes it clear that whatever the affidavit says, he wasn’t really born in Hawaii at all. That’s why he is concealing it.

Thanks for posting this article. That We The People do not have “a direct and tangible interest” in being assured that The One is a natural born citizen, is of course preposterous. The gov’t is so loaded down with libtards already that we can’t even ask of a presidential candidate that he produce his COLB. How pathetic. I for one, believe The One’s grandmother, who swears she witnessed his birth in Kenya. I am totally serious. Our country has been stolen by a foreign national Marxist. I pray we survive as a free nation during the next 4 years.

Biden is not a candidate for President. He can only accede to the Presidency if the Inaugurated President dies, is incapacitated or resigns.

It would be McCain/Biden in the highly unlikely event that Obama was found ineligible. Assuming the Dem Electors would vote for McCain over Nader or Barr.

But “Natural Born Citizen” is a term defined in law, so I don’t know why the Congress couldn’t tweak the law regarding his mother being 18 to make Zer0 eligible.

As to the Reagan/Gore/Bush/Kerry issue, All I know about is McCain, who when challenged because of his birth in Panama, produced his birth certificate showing both parents were US citizens.
