If BO is disqualified before the electors meet, they would be able to vote for anyone who is constitutionally qualified for POTUS. Might be fun! There would still be 365 D electors. But it wouldn’t have to be Biden. Might be HRC or whoever they like. If BO gets the boot after the electors have voted, then yes, we have a Biden succession scenario. Oh, BTW, if no one has 270 electoral votes for POTUS, the House gets to elect one. More fun!

If it were ever proven that Obama is not a natural born citizen, the Democrat and media spin would be that our evil Constitution is inherently racist and needs to be changed (or be retroactively interpreted more “more broadly”) — and not one word of outrage that Obama deliberately defrauded the American people while by running for President while knowing all along that he is ineligible.

Obama’s credibility and character would not be called into question, except by those few who care about the Constitution, and those people would be demonized and marginalized as racist, reactionary kooks.

For the record, at this point I do not think it can be stated with assurance that Obama is not a natural-borne citizen. But when it would be such a simple matter to release the actual certified birth certificate, his refusal to do so, and his willingness to hire lawyers to prevent having to do so, sure do suggest he is hiding something. And when you consider that his Kenyan grandmother claims to recall his birth in Kenya, it’s awfully hard to take his assurances at face value.

Different animals. For $20, Obama can get a certified copy of his BC. Instead, he has spend 10s of 1000s of dollars to fight its release in court.

Think ahead two more steps:

Biden needs a Veep. Who better than the runner-up at the DNC convention, Hillary!™ Clinton.

Biden is mortal.

Who appointed the judges? That would be Bill Clinton, wouldn't it?

If he was officially found to be ineligible before inauguration, you wouldn't. It would, I think, be unprecedented, but since the vice-president takes over in case the president is incapacitated, Biden couldn't be sworn in as president if he had not yet been inaugurated as vice-president. Besides, if Obama were revealed to be ineligible, one could make a good argument that the whole ticket must be eliminated since vice-presidential candidates are chosen by the presidential candidate and in this election only McCain/Palin was the top electoral choice with a legitimate president and vice-president.

Normally in this situation I would suggest that not being eligible would provide an opportunity for Dems to dump him if this gets even worse; but there is the race issue.

I’ll take Biden over Obama. He’d be much easier to attack and the MSM would have egg on its face. It would be a major victory politically.

These Dems probably think they can. Fortunately for us, they still must pass 2/3 vote in both the House and Senate, and get 3/4 of the state legislatures to agree. It ain't ever gonna happen.

Accordingly, the U.S. Supreme Court has said that Mr. Obama, the DNC and all co-defendants are to respond to the writ, on or before Dec. 1.

This is a most puzzling situation. On one hand, the claims that Obama has a certified birth certificate in Hawaii seem to have credibility. Obama was born in Hawaii ... end of story.

On the other hand the secrecy and reticence surrounding the very simple request that Mr. Obama produce his birth certificate is unsettling. Given my low opinion of the integrity of Marxists, I would like to see this issue come to closure before the election is certified.

How about an injunction and/or class action suit against the Electoral College (when the time comes) for not doing their due diligence to assure the elected official they are certifying actually complies with the constitutional requirements to hold office?

The MSM told me not to worry about this and to grin and bear it and deal with the fact (or strong suspicion) that we have a phoney being sworn in.
