Heard on the local radio that McCain has scheduled a trip to Georgia to campaign for Saxby Chambliss.

I'm not sure if this will help or hurt Chambliss, but it seems like an interesting move. I'm sure McCain will says something like he needs Saxby's help reaching across the aisle.

I agree. He needs to ask her to come. All taht aside, I see Chambliss winning this one. He only needs a very small amount of those independents to win and I don’t see the Dems. turning out anywhere near what they did on Nov. 4th.

a couple of good ol’ boy buddies getting together while rome burned.
strangly reminiscent of when saxby fell all over himself to endorse mccain just before super tuesday. this could very well end up as a magnificant disaster as well.

That was my though when I heard it on the Radio.
Saxby’s vocal support of the McCain/Kennedy illegal immigrant amnesty bill is what got him in this trouble in the first place. So who does he call to help him? Mr. Amnesty himself.
