I predict that at the outset Chris Cuomo will have a concerned look on his face and ask Bill about his terrorist past, then Bill will assure Chris that he was just being passionate about the wrongs of the times. Satisfied with that, Chris will toss Bill a number of softball questions until the end when Chris and Bill agree, that although Bill is responsible for blowing up police officers, the Capital and the Pentagon, it is Sarah Palin who is the great Satan who we all must fear.

The rehabilitation of Ayres has begun. No longer a domestic terrorist, he has now been recast as a “political lightening rod”. Soon he will be a regular on GMA and if all goes well he could have his own segment titled, “Bill Ayres’ American Morning”. He can travel around country having breakfast with the disaffected; sharing recipes for pancakes and pipe bombs. Or they could call it, “Bill Ayres’ Righteous Wind” where Bill shares his wit and wisdom, opining on the events of the day. No mater how you look at it Bill has a very bright future indeed. Welcome to the Obama Nation fellow traveller.
Please don’t make this awful man into a celebrity. He wanted to totally overthrow the American government and society. He wanted to kill people to attain his goal. He should be shunned by every responsible U.S. citizen. Shame on ABC for giving this appalling man a soapbox.
