I believe your post was spot on and since I can’t say it better myself I will repost:
If “most reasonable Freepers” don’t believe in the Constitution and thus, the laws set forth as to who may or may not hold the office of President of the United States of America and Commander in Chief of our military, then this website is a lie and a sham.
Who, if not “WE”, American citizens, should stand up and demand proof that a President-Elect is lawfully eligible to hold the office of President?
I’m not saying Obama is ineligible and I’m not saying he isn’t. But in my opinion, HE is the one who should be damned and slammed for being so arrogant and secretive as to not release his birth certificate.

It is my understanding (lacking though it may be on the technicalities) that anyone in the immediate line would have to be eligible to hold the office or they would be skipped over for the next eligible person.
Apparently, His Obamic Holiness believes that citizens are garbage.
I think that is the million dollar question. If we the people don't have standing under the Constitution to properly vet all candidates then what? I am thinking that has more to do with Congress vetting the candidates and members. Either way he is pressing for a Constitutional Crisis, why? The more he stalls, obscures etc. even after his inauguration these lawsuits won't go away. They are going to hang around him like all the smoke and mirrors of his life hang. It is just something else waiting to crack.
As absolutely crazy as this sounds if in 3 years we find out he was ineligible to hold office all the "changes" he made can be rolled back like an illegal marriage. The clock gets reset back to today. We the People get a do-over? Now, wouldn't that be the Cat's Meow!
For a correction, is it not required that anyone running for President provide proof that he/she was born in this country and is a citizen? I am a “reasonable” member of FR and has this concern as well. Accept this a gentle correction.
Before the election, WND retained a top private investigator in Hawaii with extensive FBI training and tasked him with visiting both the Queens Medical Center and the Kaliolani Medical Center to investigate claims that Obama birth certificates existed at either hospital.However, the private investigator reported that sheriff's deputies were stationed at both hospitals to fend off press inquiries about Obama's birth certificate.
So no one yet knows which hospital Senator "Coke-head" Obama supposedly was born in?
This is absurd. He was born in 1961; how can it not even be clear where in Hawaii he might supposedly have been born?
Having now recently admitted that he also had dual Kenyan citizenship, Senator Obama must clear up the obviously complex issues of his citizenship. Leaving any shadow of doubt remaining is unacceptable for someone who wishes to serve as President of the United States; he must release state and hospital birth records, and he must make clear his citizenship or visa status during his sojourn in Indonesia.

I don’t think Berg ever claimed to have a Kenyan birth certificate. This was a fraudulent claim made by someone whose name I can’t recall. What I think Berg does have is oral confirmation by Obama’s grandmother that she was present at his birth in Kenya.

Is this a photoshopped planted photo from a 1967 Hawaian Kindergarten class or not? He was supposed to be enrolled in Indonesia the same year.
Why did he start kindergarten one year late?
The cut-off date was Dec 31. His classmates could have been 1 to 1-1/2 yrs. his senior. A single mom would have wanted to rush the 5 yr old kid in to class, right?
The Hawaii Deptmartment of Education has no records for him.
This suggest several possibilities:
1. It is a photo-shop stunt & plant
2. He ripped out his DOE file to hide stuff.
3. Or, he is actually a year younger than we think he is.
4. Maybe everyone has been searching the wrong date.

Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis
When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”
There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

Yet no one, to my knowledge, has produced a single witness to say that he was born in Hawaii. No medical staff, no neighbors, no family. Wierd. I also think this is going nowhere, though if the rumors persist on a low level, and he contunues to be unable to address them, it will eventually do some damage to the Messiah.
