Ah. knock yourself out.

I happen to think that the “BARACK OBAMA IS NOT BARACK OBAMA!” crowd would probably not believe the BC is it was delivered. Just my opinion.

There’s a lot of lawsuits out there seeking the truth about where Obama was born and that is comforting to know. I think the Supreme Court will hear this and it will split with Kennedy the deciding vote. But which side will he go with?

Is this not a refusal of “REDRESS OF GRIEVENCE” ?

The right to petition in the United States is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution, and specifically prohibits Congress from abridging “the right of the people...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” Although often overlooked in favor of other more famous freedoms and sometimes taken for granted,[1] many other civil liberties are enforceable against the government only by exercising this basic right,[2] making it a fundamental right in both representative democracies (to protect public participation)[1] and constitutional republics, like the United States.

I have to disagree. This is not the first time that suits have been brought before the courts. They generally punt by dismissing on the basis of “lack of standing” – not on the merits of the case. They then hope that litigants abandon their cause of action. As far as I know, litigants never pursued their suits beyond the first court.

However, this is the first time that I have seen litigants (2 so far) actually get on the docket at SCOTUS … and more coming down the pike hopefully. I believe that they have to FINALLY accept the issue – and then put it to rest.

Otherwise, if SCOTUS dismisses Berg’s case on lack of standing, and Berg has what he claims (a certified Birth Certificate from Kenya), then ALL Berg would have to do is post the image on the Internet.

You would then have a controversy between two (2) official documents. SCOTUS would have its credibility and reputation RUINED – because the public would see that they had the opportunity to perform their Constitutional duty … and DID NOT.

I can see no other explanation for the steadfast refusal by Obama to release his birth certificate than that he is not a citizen of the United States. I believe not only is he not a "natural born" citizen but he is not a citizen of the U.S. AT ALL.

Officers of the United States military are sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

The eligibility requirements for election to U.S. president are so clearly stated in the constitution, it is hard to understand how the U.S. military can serve a commander-in-chief who refuses to demonstrate he meets those qualifications.

Every job applicant in the United States is now required to demonstrate his/her citizenship or lawful status to live and work in this country.

It is simply preposterous to have the most powerful job in America, for which there is a specific citizenship requirement in the U.S. consitution, be filled by an applicant who never proves his citizenship.

These military officers do not appear to be sworn to uphold the results of a presidential election where the basic constitutional requirements of the successful candidate have not been met.

An oath of duty to uphold and protect the constitution becomes meaningless where such an obvious and literal constitutional requirement is ignored.

The constitution either means what it says and is to be defended or any oath defending the document is a farce.

Which phrases and clauses of the constitution are to be ignored?

Is the constitution now void?

Even if you are exactly right, and your theory could be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt...the powers that be won't do a thing about it. No one will want to be responsible for all the havoc that would surely ensue, particularly now that he's been elected.

It would appear in this instance, the answer to your last question would be yes.

I have thought on this and I believe the huge amounts of havoc that may ensue will be worth the cost of having him in The White House.

Its over.

Those words, used in conjunction with anything to do with Obama are defeatist words. Those words serve to encourage and embolden the people who would ram socialism down our throats and take over our country.

We must not give up. Especially this early in the game. We may have a very long fight ahead of us, but we must not wave any white flags.

Americans don't do that.

Yes he is fighting hard to keep it under wraps. Even going so far as to use his 'beloved' typical white Grandmother as an excuse to fly back to Hawaii at a critical point in the election to thwart any efforts by others who seek to reveal his COLB.

Where there's smoke there's fire.
