Impaired illegal-immigrant driver triggered a crash Saturday at 6:30 am. He killed a 16-year-old girl and injured her 17-year-old brother. The students were on their way to a school band event. The illegal immigrant driving a truck turned left in front of the students sedan.
Perps name is Manuel Contreras-Galdean age 32. He is in Maricopa Count Jail on a charge of manslaughter and aggravated assault. He has an immigrantion (ICE) hold on him.
The girl ha massive head injuries and damage to her legs from the crash and died in the operating room.
Disgusting, my heart goes out to those parents.

This happened in Mesa, AZ, a suburb of 300,000 outside Phoenix.
Is this the town where the mayor told Arpiao (sp) that he shouldn’t enforce the immigration laws?

I wonder who employed this guy to drive the truck? Maybe he should be charged, too.
Certainly is, the police chief and the mayor didn’t like his enforcement sweeps.
He recently arrested many that were employed illegally in a company that had a CITY CONTRACT to clean buildings.
If we don’t know who has access to our buildings, homes, country we don’t stand a chance against terrorists.
He had to be working for somebody, illegally.
The police chief and the mayor have culpability for these deaths. They encouraged illegals to stay around by their public comments about the sheriff.
Hardly a day goes by without my hearing about some illegal driving drunk and killing somebody. How much more must we endure?
Let me see. The KKK is sued for millions because of the death of a Hispanic.

They are identified as Kelly Tracy and Matt Tracy.
Kelly played the sax and her brother the drums.
The collision was nearly head-on.

Police said Contreras-Galdean turned left in front of the teenager’s Nissan sedan as he attempted to go north on Sossaman Road from Guadalupe Road at 6:30 a.m. Upon further investigation, police determined that Contreras-Galdean had been drinking and did not have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Contreras-Galdean was taken into custody at the scene, suspected of being intoxicated, according to a court report. Police said he admitted to drinking the night before and in the early morning.
The report indicates he was convicted of DUI in Tempe last year.
The suspect also told police he had been in the U.S. illegally for 14 years, according to the court report.

The Obomination would like him in his cabinet to push for ILLEGAL immigration, climate change (green - money grabs) and there was something else that RHINO oriented and it escapes me. Anyway, any “bipartisan” picks will be liberal Demoncrats and RHINO’s.

It’s McCain’s lame immigration stance and he is also culpable. If the fence had already been built, and deportation had begun there’s a good chance this would not have happened.
The family needs to sue everybody they can. Where’s “my pretty pony boy” Edwards and can he file a lawsuit in Arizona?
P.S. - We don't have any Sheriff Joe sweeps in Gilbert because as everyone knows Gilbert is a lilly white, Mormon community./sarc

I don’t know how a parent copes with such a senseless loss that NEVER should have happened.
LOL. The same thought crossed my mind. The absence of a license caused his drinking problem, his prior DUI, and now this "accident." After 14 years of living with such discrimination and dodging immigration officials, he should be rewarded with citizenship. Darn those hate-filled bigots who deny him his destiny.

Manuel should be praying hard that no men come calling with a very strong rope in tow.
