Do those boxes give a higher reading for Blacks than Whites? Where is his study or graph’s on that reasoning?????

I remember reading while I was in college ages ago, that photo-sensitive camera film was “racist” because it was manufactured balanced for the light skin hue. We kids thought that was hugh, man!

Just about every DUI arrest I’ve made was based on the drivers action/inactions, reactions and statements made to me by the subject. The breathalyzer only confirmed alcohol and amount BAC. My report as well as in car video usually resulted in conviction, breathalyzer was only a toll used to push my suspicion into confirmation.
And the machine has yet to ask for a suspects race.
