LD makes a great point. A precedence was set by the removal of Roger Calero from many state ballots. The natural born qualification was applied. LD wants to know who in Washington approved Calero’s removal and yet didn't apply the same rule to Obama and Mccain.

Today, Leo Donofrio, also the Plaintiff in Donofrio v. Wells, is separately filing an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatano.
Leo will be updating his blog with the official complaint, and I’ll update here as well…
Today, Leo C. Donofrio filed, with the NJ Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on Judicial
Conduct, an official allegation of Judicial Misconduct against Appellate Division Judge Jack M. Sabatino with regard to the initial stage of this litigation which was originally filed in the NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division. The case, having come directly from an appeal to the New Jersey Supreme Court is now before the the United States Supreme Court, “DISTRIBUTED for Conference of December 5, 2008″ before all nine Supreme Court Justices.
I am very concerned that if the United States Supreme Court requests the official records of the case from the NJ Appellate Division, a fraudulent case file - not including all relevant documents - will be forwarded to the SCOTUS and thereby the case now pending might be jeopardized.A copy of the official complaint - by way of a New Jersey Supreme Court generated form - will be uploaded to this blog shortly.

Obama transition team to meet with defense secretary

But CNN has learned that the Obama transition team will not immediately be provided classified information on current military operations and plans, certain National Security Council matters, intelligence programs and future DOD budget plans for the time being, under the terms of a memo sent to senior DOD officials by Gates’ top aide.
CNN has obtained a copy of the three-page memo, sent to all top department civilian and military officials November 19 by aide Robert Rangel.
It outlines what can and cannot be shared at this point with Obama’s transition staff.
According to the memo,
until there is “further guidance,” there will be no disclosure of “sensitive information” in the following categories: “current military operations; special access programs; pre-decisional budget information; contingency operations/plans; personnel records; privileged and other legally protected information; competition sensitive information; and active National Security Council policy deliberations.”
Other classified information can only be provided to transition team members who have appropriate security clearances.
CNN has confirmed that at least six of the Obama transition officials have been granted interim security clearances that give them access to so-called “sensitive compartmented information.”
Wish I knew if Mr was being followed by O-men or Our men....Our men could be protecting him.
This is the most reassuring news in weeks!
We have prayed for weeks, that if Obama is not eligible to be our President, that it be found out before it is too late. More prayers needed....that those in control right now..FIND OUT THE TRUTH and protect our great country from a constitutional crisis!!
