Donofrio is arguing the strictest interpretation of “Natural Born Citizen”. That both parents have to be American citizens and the baby has to be born inside the United States. He is not hanging his hat on the birth certificate. He has an...should I say an elegant lawsuit against Obama. He makes a compelling argument.

But an arguement that the Supreme Court ruled against 110 years ago in the Wong Kim Ark case. I don't see the current court overturning that.

I agree! The distinction of “natural born” citizen specifically applies to the President/Commander in Chief as it should. I do believe the Supreme Court Justices will uphold our Constitution! :)

My only fear with Leo Case is that the SCOTUS will just say the SOS didn't do her job and return it to her to vet.....Vicious circle technique that accomplished nothing.

Perhaps you should send your post to everyone you can who has a conservative website. Also to Drudge,Rush,Sean,Mark and Glenn wouldn't hurt.

Lan Lamphere says he has a site that should not go down or have problems with overload, and good that he helped Leo get his new website up and running.

I don't have a clue as to how a site is made secure against hacking but hope we don't have any problems here in FR. As far as I know the recent problems were do to an old router and that is now repaired. Sure many Freepers with great computer knowledge know how to secure a site. :)

Real Clear Politics used to be good but they are Obama lap dogs. They were months before the election.

Drudge made a lot of $$$ off Obama banner ads on his site. He is another sell out.

How effective would it be to snail mail letters to SCOTUS? I expect many have activist clerks who would censor this type of communication so some may not see letters.

Congress is so corrupt, every citizen in the US could contact them with this request and still they’d do nothing. Dem congress critters have too much power, and they’re drooling to have a dem pres. in the White House.

I sent my first letter to Justice Thomas by certified mail receipt requested. Then sent my next set of letters to all the Justices by regular mail. Even if the Justices do not actually read them, the volume of mail will be noticed for sure. I will be sending more letters tomorrow. May send them all certified with signature request. Costs a little more than certified/receipt requested but then someone must actually sign for it. :)

Lan Lamphere said that Leo would be on the show tonight at 10:00 Eastern. Looking forward to listening.

I wonder if Leo will also be on the PlainsRadio program at 9:00 Eastern. I still can not get the PlainsRadio stream. It plays for a little while all broken up, then cuts out completely. Don't know why. If anyone gets the show loud and clear and knows what my problem might me, please let me know. I can go on the web site the next day and play the archived shows just fine.

On Plains Radio you need to click on the button that says “listen & chat.” It starts streaming and a chat box opens. Plains has been very reliable for me.

I always have trouble finding the easy link to Lan’s show. Lan was getting ping or DOS attacked last week when Leo was on.

Lan and the Plains Radio folks, like Leo, are real patriots.
