Mark Halperin is like some abusive husband who offers his wife a smarmy apology the day after breaking her nose and splitting her lip — “Sorry, baby, I know I went too far, but you still love me, right?”

Why are they saying this now? Do they get a bit of a giggle while they write this?

Now that they’ve succeeded in getting Obama elected (though not until the Electoral College says he is), they’re wanting to get their reader/viewership back by saying, “oh, those other guys were sooooo biased”. Where were they DURING the election?????? It’s safe NOW. Geez, how transparent.

According to the Web site Politico, Halperin, who edits Time's political site "The Page," zeroed in on two New York Times articles near the end of the campaign that profiled both Cindy McCain and Michelle Obama. Phony "concern" by Halperin here. The shocking bias was the fact that Ayers, Rezko, Wright, Alinsky, Davis et al were swept under the rug.

**Last week, Time magazine’s Mark Halperin called the media’s performance during the campaign simply “disgusting.”
Halperin told a panel of media analysts at the Politico/USC conference on the 2008 election, “It’s the most disgusting failure of people in our business since the Iraq war.”
He added, “It was extreme bias, extreme pro-Obama coverage.”**
Gee whiz. We all knew that. And we were screaming about it too. But no one would listen.

Start alternative media. Websites cost very little and can get as popular as their owners can make them.

The most ominous thing is that now the media know they can manipulate the public so much as to elect a President.

Why doesn't he address the MSM's attempt to totally destroy the reputation of Sarah Palin and her family???
His omission of that ugly fact again highlights their--- AND HIS----sickening bias.

BTW, wasn’t there another lib source that criticized media coverage beside Halperin and Howell?

Their stock price has followed their credibility as their former readers discovered just how extensively extreme liberal bias has influenced their “journalism”. Their stock price is down from $45 five years ago to $5.34 today - and this professional journalist is only now discovering what investors and readers have been recognizing over those five years.

Last week, Time magazine's Mark Halperin called the media's performance during the campaign simply "disgusting." I strongly disagree with him.
The media's pro-Obama media bias PALED and was nowhere near as 'disgusting'---
when compared to the media's attempt to completely destroy Sarah Palin.

It was, by all honest evaluations, a total dearth of ethics, win at all costs, destroy the future of Democracy, depraved, pathetic “performance” of biased coverage known to man. I only hope enough honest people remain to tear this travesty apart in text books for all to understand the dangerous precipice our country and freedom, and our very lives stand upon today thanks to these idiot/creeps.
