Concerns over President-elect Barack Obama's birthplace are heating up, with a hearing scheduled in a few days before the U.S. Supreme Court on a case that alleges he wasn't born in the U.S. and isn't eligible to hold office, but the current occupant of the White House isn't concerned.
Presidential spokesman Tony Fratto responded to Les Kinsolving, WND's correspondent at the White House, during a news briefing today....

What the hell is everybody afraid of? The Truth? What has happened? Is there not anyone left in Washington who will defend the constitution? What in God’s name is going on here?

I can understand why the President wouldn’t want to make “statements” about a case that is set to be considered by the Supreme Court. I’m sure he, like the rest of us, is waiting to see what happens.

Oh goody. Just three weeks AFTER the frickin election. I can’t imagine a single way Obama could be kept from the presidency now, even if he is ineligible. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see some deeply insightful legal opinion “The will of the people trumps the will of the Framers” or some such.
The democrats are obviously prepared to break the law to keep Obama in office.
