You would think that BY NOW, it should be pretty self-evident to all that we, as conservatives, AND Republicans have been pretty much stabbed in the back by this guy and his family.
You honestly think the President, no matte who he is, gets involved in every raid by the BATFers? It's barely possible that the planing for Waco started while Bush was in office, but it would have been deep in the bowels of the BATF (the bowels of the bowels of the government?), not something discussed in the White House.
President Bush, when he was Governor Bush, signed Texas's concealed carry law, just as he promised he would when he ran against "Ma" Richards, AKA Queen Ann. I can't get too angry at a guy who thinks ordinary citizens should be able to carry guns around with them, and also appointed Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Alito. Bush I's appointment of Justice Thomas is also important in the grand scheme of things.
That was evident after about 18 months.
Or what part of their anatomy they were thinking with..assuming they were thinking at all is something of a stretch.
Consider as well the companies and agencies that use the product......
According to The Randy Weaver defense team (Gerry Spence et al) Horiuchi kept a scrapbook of photos of himself with his kills. Unable to get a photo of himself with Vicki's body he got one of her dresses out of the plywood house and had his photo taken with him holding up her empty dress.

That buttresses the case against him. How the hell did the FBI Office of Professional Resposibilty (Internal Affairs) not notice that Lon is no different than a psycho killer?

Thanks to both of you for refreshing my memory of the details. Maybe I’ve tried to block them out over the years. But I certainly never forgot the name of Lon Horiuchi. It still makes my blood boil what they did to those poor people and the boy’s dog.
Lon H. as an endorser?! Sheesh....why not Charles Manson!?
Although I'm certain that Horiuchi himself fits the description of psycho killer, please don't lump all snipers in there with him. Else you risk besmirching the reputations and souls of a lot of brave soldiers who ventured deep into enemy territory to excise a cancer with a single surgical shot. Folks like the legendary Carlos Hathcock. Most sniper's don't love to kill, but they're good at their job and take pride in doing something to tangibly defend this country in a way very few can do. They're SHEEPDOGS, hunting wolves to keep the flock safe.

We will learn in the Presdential Term of the Obamanation how much we have to suffer for Bush’s unpopularity> Lwet’s hope its just one term.
I wasn’t besmirching soldiers, who have legitimate reason to be snipers. Civilian law enforcement lacks a legitimate reason to employ a person who’s only function is cold-blooded killing.
Actually, given the magnitude of his miscalculation, the x-ray should probably show a bottle of booze at his lips (and maybe a forgotten nail or two through his skull).
Plus, he's wrong on the facts:
"Pound for pound, component for component, dollar for dollar, you won't find a better rifle."
That describes a Savage Model 10/110, not anything from H-S Precision...
