‘A couple of questions:
I believe originally 0bama’s shysters had to respond by Dec 1st to Berg’s lawsuit, but since Donofrio’s suit came up, has it superceded Berg’s, or have they been combined? or does zer still have to respond by Dec 1st.’

Greg Garre the Solicitor General responded to Berg’s case by waiving his right to respond. He was responding on behalf of all 3 defendants - Obama, the DNC and FEC.

There was a Washington Post article yesterday reported that Berg’s case was on the Justice’s private Conference schedule for Dec. 8.

Thanks.

Some other questions whose answers will be pure speculation but:

When the Donofrio case is discussed on Dec 5th, what are the chances that enough justices (four I believe) will want to hear the case?

and if so, will it be before the Electoral College votes?

will they expedite the case?

can / will the SCOTUS stay the Electoral College from voting until they hear the case?

and any predictions on the outcome if they hear the case?
