Let's see. You are being held at gun point, the police are one their way and you light up against the wishes of the person holding you at gun point.

That is an old, discredited myth that is out of date. Remember that everything you post on the web is ultimately traced to you. If you ever have the misfortune of shooting a knife wielding assailant, you may have to defend yourself against this very statement.

More than a few men have been killed by unfired weapons.
