Sorry, but you are wrong. A similar situation has already taken place in the electoral college, in which one candidate was "ineligible" (I forget whether the candidate died, or what the specific reasons for the ineligibity were), and the electors pledged to him voted for whomever they wished.
And you link has ZERO content relevant to the above situation.
You sound like a Democrat.
What you have provided is “I think” and “I heard that.”
You can’t have your Democrat ticket disqualified and then just have the EC vote in another Democrat.
It’s like Obama didn’t run at all. All the EC votes go to McCain: 538 - 0.
This online petition is asking officials to honor the Constitution and require Obama to prove that he is a natural born citizen. I don’t believe that Obama is eligible to serve as President:
