Destroy every town that harbored and trained these subhumans. The locations should be completely leveled.At some point I think we should be willing to put the existence of Mecca on the table. No "religion" (or whatever that abominable belief system known as "Islam" is) is so tied to a specific geographical location as Islam is to Mecca.

Ask General David Petraeus, who works with Muslims every day. Who are our allies in Iraq and Afghanistan and in a lot of other troubled regions of the world.
They, too, pray toward Mecca. To “nuke” Mecca would start a world wide war against every Muslim who exists even our closest allies who have fought and died by our side, and in lonely places, to combat this radical scourge.
I’m glad we have the David Petraeuses of the world and would trust them way more than some guy on the internet who keeps lying that all Muslims are identical even though we know better and keeps called for levelling and nuking and wanton, mindless slaughter.
