The jihadists did not take orders from the established government of Pakistan, but elements within the Pakistani government, operating covertly in conjunction with other outlaw militias that are based within Pakistani territory, may have had a great deal to do with the co-ordinated high-level commando attack on Mumbai and its citizenry. There were continuous references to the attack being India’s equivalent to “9-11”, and in fact, may be the blueprint for additional attacks on other countries throughout the world.

The jihadists have been greatly invigorated by the recent election in the US, and see that as opportunity and permission to begin a series of selected and well-planned assaults on citizens of various nations around the world.

thanks Ernest. Instead of blaming Pakistan, India should be figuring out the best way to get *rid* of Pakistan, along with its own Moslem minority (150 million I think it is).
