This is absolutely true but, unfortunately, there is another major difference between these case, namely that the pressm which was all over the Nixon misfeasance, are doing a Lord Nelson on Obama’s.

The 12th Amendment applies only if one of the candidates did not get a majority of the electoral votes. Obama got 365 electoral votes, well over the 279 majority. So it's the 20th Amendment that matters from here on out, and that doesn't contain the restriction on who may be selected president.
And point out where the 20th Amendment says that.

We must be thinking of different 20th Amendments. Mine says "If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.
Because I believe in the rule of law. Obama has done everything required by law to run for president - which is pretty much nothing. So if people truly believe that Obama was born overseas then come up with some evidence. Don't depend on Obama to do your job for you, because he isn't going to. Evidence, not made up POS like Berg has produced. Documents. Affidavits not riddled with errors. Solid evidence.
And the reason that is so important is because whatever you do to Obama will be done at another date and another time to a Republican. And I don't want some future Republican presidential candidate to have to answer charges like this which may well be baseless.
Doesn't make any difference. Obama's electors will vote for him on the 15th regardless. Nothing prevents them from doing so.
But nothing prevents them from still voting for him; dead, ineligible, or whatever.

I don’t agree that Biden would become President if Obama were found to be ineligible prior to Jan 20th - he was not elected as President, and has not been sworn into office. Perhaps if Obama is degreed ineligible after Jan 20th he might become the President. I think that it is more likely that there will be a Constitutional crisis as the 20th Amendment does not cover such a situation.
I disagree. The 20th Amendment is pretty clear on what happens if the president-elect dies or is disqualified from office. One way or the other it'd almost surely be Biden.
