The Open Letter to Mr. Obama is a formal Petition for a Redress (Remedy) for the alleged violation of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Mr. Obama is respectfully requested to direct the Hawaiian officials to provide access to his original birth certificate on December 5-7 by our team of forensic scientists, and to provide additional documentary evidence establishing his citizenship status prior to our Washington, D.C. press conference on December 8.

While I would love for this to be clarified, I don’t think the courts are going to do anything.
The disqualification is on such extemely narrow grounds. The law that supposedly DQ’s Obama was in effect when he was born, but no longer applies to thise born in the last 40 years. If he had been born 4 months later, he would no way be DQ’d. All this assumes that he was NOT born in the US. And what was the intent of the legal definition of “natural-born” in law?
At the same time, it is arrogant of Obama not to supply his documentation.
Doubt it. The correct timing for maximum effect passed the week before the election.
He'd look like he was up to something if he did that now. Any proof he produces at this point is going to be accepted by the public under a cloud of suspicion because of the other bc frauds.

Gee, thanks for the advice, but I will select my causes/struggles .... don’t need your help. Would one of your struggles be to don your spiffy vest, grab your bullhorn and shout ... Turn back, it ain’t worth it. The truth is hard to dam up, you may need more sandbags.

"Naturalized Citizen" and "Natural Born Citizen" are mutually exclusive categories. A person is one or the other, but never both.
Only a "Natural Born Citizen" can be President. No "Naturalized Citizen" can be President.
The Question is "Which category does Barack Obama fall into?"
And even if he WAS born in Kenya, the issue is complex.
It may be more than just arrogance, it might be fear of everything unravelling for him. This could open up the proverbial can of worms; his entire life is at risk of being exposed. The country might not like being duped for so long.
Not complex at all. Here is the law:
Birth Abroad to One Citizen and One Alien Parent in Wedlock: A child born abroad to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under Section 301(g) INA provided the citizen parent was physically present in the U.S. for the time period required by the law applicable at the time of the child's birth. (For birth on or after November 14, 1986, a period of five years physical presence, two after the age of fourteen is required. For birth between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a period of ten years, five after the age of fourteen are required for physical presence in the U.S. to transmit U.S. citizenship to the child.
She did not live in the US for 5 years after the age of 14 before he was born. If he was born overseas, not only would he not have "natural born" citizenship, he would not have US citizenship.
This exact case is covered under the 20th Amendment. If Obama is not eligible, Biden becomes acting president. The 25th covers the case after Obama is sworn in and removed. What is not covered is the case where he is sworn in, found to be ineligible and the Congress will not remove him.
The simple fact is that most people who are merely renewing their drivers' licenses here in NJ where I live must produce a certified copy of their birth certificate. Obama should, and does have, to do the same to assume the office of President. Read the 20th Amendment to the US Constitution.
I applaud the group running this advertisement, and the Tribune for accepting it. The ad will certainly alert a larger group to the Constitutional problem which Barack Obama seems to wish to bring to our country.

Oh chosen one...You can fool some of the people all of the time and all of the people some of the time but, you can’t fool all of the people all of the time.
The law I’ve seen cited repeatedly here at FR was superseded in the 1970’s by a further clarification. Yeah, technically Obama falls under the previous law about the citizen mother spending 5 years after her 14th birthday and before the birth of her child in the US, but with Obama being born to a teenage mother, it would literally be impossible to fulfill this requirement.
Was the intent to DQ children of teenage mom’s? or to discourage divided loyalties that could result from spending too much time in the years around the birth in a foreign land?
Obama’s mom DID live in the US five years before, and 5 years after Obama’s birth (with a possible short visit oversas), so the DQ comes because she did not sandwich the “five years” between her 14th bithday and Barack’s birth, 4 years and 8 months later. I don’t think the courts are going to do anything. It’s too easy to wiggle out of this, and wiggling is what they desperately would want.

Let's say that it is. Do you believe that all of these people from the Clinton years are stepping up to accept these appointments, knowing that Barry's only a temporary puppet of sorts?
Would they all do this, with the understanding that McCain will wind up as CIC? Maybe so. I think he's got a condo at their reservation.
I'm just trying to get into the heads of the players to gain a little understanding of their overall strategy.
Naturally, all of this is speculative, but it makes for some interesting thought processing. Some would say, "now there you go - acting like conspiracy nuts." But this is exactly the sort of chess play that world leaders have been doing since the dawn of time. It's high gamesmanship. Not tin foil hat puzzling.
My pocket copy of The Constitution says otherwise.
