Actually this should be viewed as progress vis a vis the The Great Birth Certificate Issue.

The MSM has finally recognized that the issue cannot be ignored and so they are starting to generate articles attacking the BC issue as kooky right wing stuff. That way they cannot be accused of spiking the story and they cannot be accused of being un-PC or kooky themselves. It is simply a means of immunizing themselves from a (in the MSM's view) "bad decision" on Friday by the Supremes to take the Donofrio case. It is unlikely that they will take the case but it is possible and, of course, the correct thing for them to do. But if they did, the MSM would look very bad if they appeared surprised by a story that is being covered in great depth by their main competitor and future ruler - the Internet Blogger Community.

Open question to anyone: (and a rhetorical question, mostly)

WHY would the SC even take the case to conference if Thomas, in particular, did not see merit to it? Why go to conference if it’s just likely to be thrown out?

I believe the Donofrio caseis based is addressing citizenship involving Obama, McCain and Mr. Calero. There is speculation that Justice Thomas accepted it because of Mr. Calero. It’s very technical and complicated, but I believe they will do what is best for the country.

Most people don’t know about it because it is so highly charged. Both sides need to calm down and wait for the decision and try our best to accept it.

Either side who believes they can impinge on our basic rights and freedoms will be sorely mistaken.
