The left is full of anger, hate and intolerance. It has driven them mad. That’s why I say that liberalism is a progressive mental disease.

This will come back to haunt future elections.

All donors will have to take a good look at donating in the future with consideration of what may happen should they turn up on a list of donors on a “hot” item. Recriminations will have to be weighed on all donations. What a shame.

It’s a form of terrorism.

...they are free to organize a boycott of companies that supported Prop 8 just as are conservatives who will boycott companies the opposed Prop 8.

I tend to agree, but the harassing at business locations has to stop. The folks who bellyache about the threatened boycotts miss the point that this is a golden opportunity to reveal WHY these degenerates are boycotting them - to push the homosexual agenda. And then, on the flip side, to re-state that they are firmly on the side of defending traditional marriage and will remain so. Such a counter tactic will work.

It looks like you've gotten your definitions mixed up. Terrorism is taking hostages, blowing up buildings, and shooting people in the street. Freedom of speech (inlucing boycotts) and Freedom of assembly (including organizing peaceful protests) are guaranteed us by the Bill of Rights.

Two can play the same game. All of us “heterosexuals” just need to black list and boycott all businesses own and operated by homosexuals. Since we're the majority, seems it would be a small span of time we would put them out of business. Remember, we have a voice and cannot be intimidated by a few.

Technically, I'll agree with you. However, posting a private person's (note I'm not talking about a business) political donating history for the express purpose to harm them financially, to me, is a form of terrorism. Imagine losing your job just because you made a donation.

A Truro Fireman was publicly fired at a town meeting for signing the petition to put the marriage question on the ballot. He signed it at church. I’m surprised he wasn’t compelled to name any other public employees who also attend his church and didn’t sign the petition, but should be brought in for questioning anyway.

How can you tell if a business is owned by Gays unless they fly the seperatist Rainbow Flag or are flamboyant? It’s not like they are Black or anything. Ah HA!

Imagine losing your job just because you made a donation.

Imagine losing your job because you're gay. Or because you're a Christian. No one ever said it was *easy* to do the right thing. No one ever said it was *safe*. In this life, you either stand up for who you are and what you believe or. . . you don't.

Boycotting can be a two way street. In this case, it definately needs to be. Fight fire with fire, Texans!

My comment had nothing to do with anyone standing up for their beliefs or “doing the right thing”.

My comment was regarding the backlash that will come with this kind of exposure. It will surely put a damper (FOR SOME PEOPLE)on donating to anything the least bit controversial in the future. I think ALL controversial issues will be affected, pro and con, because, of course, it works both ways.

For example: I have, for a long time, been avoiding using Google because of their leftist leaning.

Like I said, exposing a donation list works both ways.

My only point was that the reaction to Prop 8 donating will make many people think long and hard about donations in the future...to anything.
