Its not a wink, it is in his cheek bone below his right eye. I watched the video interview he did with Barbara Walters and you could see it even when he was talking. Wasn't real severe and I might not have noticed it if I hadn't been looking for it.
I think the stress of actually winning the election is telling on him. He knows he isn't up to the job and is afraid the people pulling his stings will leave him hanging, or maybe he knows his a** is grass because of his birth certificate.
That wink will leave Obama’s face when these non-citizenship cases get to the U.S. Supreme Court:
