If it is proven that Obama was not born in this country and thus is obliged to relinquish his claim on being elected President, expect there to be massive race riots rivaling of 1968.

If it is apparent beyond reasonable doubt that Hussein is not a natural born citizen, then we must look to any and all legal and constitutional actions to deny him the presidency. If the constitution of the US is not worth defending against mob rule, then nothing is. If we wish to preserve the republic, than we had best let the chips fall, and then sort them out. By whatever means necessary.

We who value the constitution will not allow the moral emphasis of this argument to be inverted. All this speculation, correct or not; has come about because this lying crypto-marxist thug from the most corrupt environs of leftist Chicago sewer politics has ascended to POTUS-elect status with the willing aquiescence of the MSM. The MSM was hell-bent on concealing this usurper’s background because they wanted him to be elected. Now, in a classic case of blame the messenger, those of us who belive in the constitution are being reviled for insisting that a POTUS comply with a basic requirement that most of us unhesitatingly conform with when seeking a driver’s license.

The arrogance and effrontery of this lying bastid is breathtaking. The founders knew that they were not natural born citizens, so they had to include language in Art II Sec 1 that exempted THEM. Does this fraud think that he is better than Washington, Madison, Adams, and Jefferson in that sense? Apparently he does, and with the acquiesence of enough people, he will suceed in usurping and corrupting the Executive Branch of government. This situation presents the very real posssibility of impelling this great nation beyond a constitutional crisis toward a civil war.

Finally, consider the implications of a man who would undertake these devious machinations to knowingly assume an office that he has no constitutional claim to, and than to see this same counterfeit president elect take an oath to defend that constitution. I believe that such a man would be willing to impose ANY sort or despotism or tyranny upon us to retain power.

I am looking at the card at present. It reads “South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Division of Vital Records, Columbia S.C.” it gives date of issue, birth number, name at birth (I am married so name is different now), date of birth, gender, Birth Place “Greenville”, and file date “October 19, 1960” (my birthdate is Sept 28, 1960). At the bottom is a statement that reads “This is a true certification of name and birth facts recorded in this office”. Signed by Commisioner and State registrar, and Director and assistant state registrar. On the back is a 6 digit Control Number. It has the SC state seal, but it is not raised. This was accepted as proof of my birth, and I was issued a passport based on it. There is no other information regarding birth weight, parents, hospital, delivering physician or any other information. My point is if this is sufficient for obtaining a passport as proof of US citizenship, then Obama’s COLB authenticated by Hawaiian officials should be recognized as legal proof. No one can “remember” their birth or can testify for their birth so the state has to do it for them.

It was accepted as proof of your birth in the United States because it gives place of birth.

The COLB gave Honolulu as Barack's place of birth, but there are two problems with this. One: the COLB is a fake, therefore, no information on it can be taken at face value. Two: neither of the two different hospitals Barry and his sister claim for his birthplace have a record of his having been born there or of his mother as having been a patient.

Once the Electoral College meets, I do not think there is anything in the Constitution which will allow Bush to stay in office.

You are correct regarding a sitting President.

However, if you read the XX Amendment, you will find that if the President-ELECT does not qualify (that would be prior to inauguration), then the VP-elect ACTS as president until a president is qualified.
