If it’s found that he is not a citizen and lied about it, I actually don’t think there will be generalized riots, because I think a lot of blacks will be angry at The One and the party who duped them into voting for him. American blacks do not like foreigners who happen to be black cashing in on their struggles, and I think that’s going to be a significant point.
Places that have a heavy Black Muslim or Muslim population, I suspect, will be the most likely to riot, because those people don’t give a darn about the Constitution or our laws anyway, feed on hatred and will no doubt have been expecting to have the Fruit of Islam (the NOI bodyguards) replace the Secret Service at the WH - and they’ll be disappointed.

I agree that that if BHO is found to be not qualified to be POTUS, John McCain will have no claim on the presidency. According to the Constitution, if POTUS is found to be ineligible or incapacitated, the presidency passes to the vice president, or the vice-president-elect. In this case, Joe Biden.
While it is true that BHO has been unable to produce a legitimate birth certificate, is there ANY proof that he was in fact born in a foreign country? As things stand right now, it seems as though the burden of proof is now on US to establish a foreign birth.
When did it become the norm to just provide a card certifying birth?
In 1972, I needed a real, actual birth certificate with a real actual seal in order to get a marriage license in Wisconsin. The hospital where I had been born had experienced a fire. I still have a real certificate, printed from the microfiche retained by the City. It does state that it is a *copy* from microfiche, but it contains all the same information in the same order as my husband’s. It has a real seal. By now, it is rather dogeared. I also needed it to obtain a passport in 1974. And I believe I needed it again to apply for SS & Medicare, but I could be mistaken on that. I know I brought it with me, but they had my complete civil history on a computer and IIRC, there was no questions as to who I was, where I was born or any little fact of employment, name change (including differing spellings of the first name I have used professionally since age 18) or residence in the intervening 65 years.
This is what is boggling: I am no one at all and yet, all of my data is easily accessible by anyone capable of logging into the correct databases. zerO has been a State Senator and a US Senator and is now POTUS-elect. Where is his data and if it is incomplete, why? And why is he allowed top-tier civil participation with incomplete data?
Oh, and my father was a naturalized US citizen married to a first-generation citizen and I was born in the USA.
None of this zerO birth certificate flap makes any sense.
Let’s not. Let’s fight them here and now as they try to steal a race Norm Coleman won. Leo blamed both parties fro arrogance in this matter which includes RINO Republicans. I think these cases are good because if SCOTUS has the guts it will show the citizens still control the country.
If SCOTUS punts then we are all serfs which includes the children and grandchildren of SCOTUS Justices.
I was born in Boston in 1962 - a year after Obama. I am looking at my BC right now. It has the name of the doctor and, his signature. I guess they changed the forms from when you were born.
I agree with you. Obama should be held to the **same** standards as every other president!!!!
Every other president has presented **witnesses** to the American voter. Every other president has had friends, neighbors, relatives, ministers, cousins, doctors, nurses, midwivew, etc. **more** than willing to testify in court about their natural born status.
These witnesses were not required to go to court because the evidence would have been overwhelming.
Where are Obama’s witnesses? Where are his neighbors, friends, relatives, aunts, uncles, cousins, minister, doctor, midwife, nurse, etc? Where are the neighbors and friends who visited him and his mom in the hospital, brought meals over to the family, attended the christening or other rite of passage? Not one single nurse remembers caring for the baby Obama who went on to win a presidential election? Not one neighbor recalls seeing him as a newborn?
Okay...I am willing to lower the standard for him. Instead of fellow Americans willing to stand up for him as witnesses, I'll settle for a valid birth certificate.
Okay...So he can NOT meet the same high standard as the other presidents of the United States. He does not have fellow Americans who can bear witness for him. His family history is WEIRD! But....being weird is not a a disqualification for president. All it takes is the **lower** standard of a valid birth certificate and a few other documents and this matter is settled. He isn't providing them and that is highly suspicious.

You need to change the picture to Seven of Nine as she and her ex had actual experience dealing with Obama.
What I really want most of all if for presidential candidate to be required to post their birth certificates for verification. There are many problems swirling around Obama’s status as natural born but requiring this would prevent a precedent allowing string of non-citizens to usurp the Constitution. The most likely usurpers would likely want to destroy this country for the sake of other, weaker, more corrupt states in the world.
I do not know, except in summer of 2007, I had to request a “birth certificate” in order to apply for a passport to travel abroad. I was issued a “Birth Certification Card” instead of a copy of the actual birth certificate. This card was considered “proof” of my birth as a US citizen, and my passport was issued. I do not know if it is still possible in SC to request and recieve a copy of my original birth certificate as was issued to my mother at birth by the state. I once had to request it for eligibility to play sports in school (????), and it came in a different form and more like a document with other info. It’s since been lost and when I requested the new one, the “card” is what I got. I’m just saying that different states have different rules, and it seems that the forms have changed over the years. I was born in 1960.
On top of that, no matter what kind of birth certificate he posted....it was forged. Surely the Justices will have a hard time ignoring the forgery.
