I think this is really the answer. Obama cannot be scrutinized any more thoroughly than any other candidate. If the “requirement” is certification of birth by a state in the USA, then the eligibility requirements have been satisfied. Were any of the other candidates required to produce “original” BC, or was a COLB issued by the state of their birth sufficient? The state of Hawaii has “authorized” that the orignial BC is on file in the “vault” in the dept of vital statistics in Hawaii. Anyone requesting a proof of birth receives a COLB or equivalent, and not a copy of the original. I live in SC and if I request a copy of my BC, I recieve a wallet sized “Birth Certification Card” and not a copy of the orignial “Birth Certificate” with parents names, hospital, and delivering physician. I think the question is what was accepted by the other candidates as verification of US citzenship and of being “natural born”. If no one else was required to deliver an actual birth certificate, but were allowed to show a COLB, or Birth Certification Card, then Obama should not be singled out and required to provide more proof than the other candidates.
OTOH, In The CA (Keyes case) he points out that BO birth has been assigned to three different locations and one person can only be born in one location.
Berg's case (PA) is the only one that I recall that directly names BO and the DNC as defendants and charges that they have defrauded the American People. It contains affidavits from his grandmother that she was present at his birth in Kenya.
When did it become the norm to just provide a card certifying birth?
In 1972, I needed a real, actual birth certificate with a real actual seal in order to get a marriage license in Wisconsin. The hospital where I had been born had experienced a fire. I still have a real certificate, printed from the microfiche retained by the City. It does state that it is a *copy* from microfiche, but it contains all the same information in the same order as my husband’s. It has a real seal. By now, it is rather dogeared. I also needed it to obtain a passport in 1974. And I believe I needed it again to apply for SS & Medicare, but I could be mistaken on that. I know I brought it with me, but they had my complete civil history on a computer and IIRC, there was no questions as to who I was, where I was born or any little fact of employment, name change (including differing spellings of the first name I have used professionally since age 18) or residence in the intervening 65 years.
This is what is boggling: I am no one at all and yet, all of my data is easily accessible by anyone capable of logging into the correct databases. zerO has been a State Senator and a US Senator and is now POTUS-elect. Where is his data and if it is incomplete, why? And why is he allowed top-tier civil participation with incomplete data?
Oh, and my father was a naturalized US citizen married to a first-generation citizen and I was born in the USA.

Every other president has presented **witnesses** to the American voter. Every other president has had friends, neighbors, relatives, ministers, cousins, doctors, nurses, midwivew, etc. **more** than willing to testify in court about their natural born status.
These witnesses were not required to go to court because the evidence would have been overwhelming.
Where are Obama’s witnesses? Where are his neighbors, friends, relatives, aunts, uncles, cousins, minister, doctor, midwife, nurse, etc? Where are the neighbors and friends who visited him and his mom in the hospital, brought meals over to the family, attended the christening or other rite of passage? Not one single nurse remembers caring for the baby Obama who went on to win a presidential election? Not one neighbor recalls seeing him as a newborn?
Okay...I am willing to lower the standard for him. Instead of fellow Americans willing to stand up for him as witnesses, I'll settle for a valid birth certificate.
Okay...So he can NOT meet the same high standard as the other presidents of the United States. He does not have fellow Americans who can bear witness for him. His family history is WEIRD! But....being weird is not a a disqualification for president. All it takes is the **lower** standard of a valid birth certificate and a few other documents and this matter is settled. He isn't providing them and that is highly suspicious.
