One of the other posters on this thread shows less than 1000 votes cast in this precinct. WHen you close the vote in a precinct, the election judges count the written voter register (which shows how many people showed up to vote) and compares that with the numbers on the machines or with the number of ballots turned in. The number on the list needs to match the number of votes cast. It’s easy.

I cannot believe they could have missed a 20% discrepancy in the number of voters vs the number of votes. Or that the county would not have picked it up later. That is a HUGE discrepancy.

It’s not unusual for things to vary by a vote or two out of 1,000. But 20% stretches credibility very very far.
