Don’t get your hopes up, while them mentioned it they poo poo’ed and down played the situation by saying that a previous suit had been dismissed/thrown out.
Yes I agree. But the fact that it is being mentioned is a first. IMO it won’t be resolved until there is a case brought by someone with standing. The cases before the Supreme Court might get tossed but surely one will stick. I just hope it happens sooner rather than later.
