AND

He mentioned the upcoming December 5 review at the Supreme Court.

Yes I agree. But the fact that it is being mentioned is a first. IMO it won’t be resolved until there is a case brought by someone with standing. The cases before the Supreme Court might get tossed but surely one will stick. I just hope it happens sooner rather than later.

"... when Barry aka Steve was supposedly born."

I've heard of a few others but haven't heard of the Steve alias yet. This guy has more alias than an illegal immigrant involved in criminal activities. Oh, wait....

I’m still waiting, with baited breath, that the horrible hurricane season is finally over! Yep. Waiting. Waiting.

I heard it also. I guess since the case is going to be reviewed by the Supreme Court FNC feels it’s safe enough to mention it.

It has to do with the fact that Congress voted for raises for the SoS while Hillary was in office.

IMO, it is not a big deal since other SoS had the same issue. Congress will need to pass legislation and Hillary will likely need to accept lower pay.

It’s NOT about the birth certificate.

I know that. I was just proposing the deliberate use of the controversy as a tool to distract attention.

More tin foil hat stuff. Alternatively, it could be conditioning. Suppose he proposed her knowing there would be a violation of a clause of the constitution, that the fact would be brought out in the press and then he got the matter fixed legislatively (pay cut). The idea is to condition the American public to having a violation of a clause of the constitution fixed legislatively (no amendment). That might be a useful tool for him later.

Hi there. This is the complication with Hillary. Hillary Selection Calls Obama's Respect for the Constitution Into Question.

No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time...

They maybe able to wiggle out of this by paying her the same rate as a senator or something like that.

Steve isn’t an alias of Obama. At the ROAST for candidates at former NY Governor banquet held during every election, it’s where candidates laugh at each other and themselves.

Obama’s comment was ‘You’ve heard a lot about my name (responding to Hussein middle name comments) and to tell you the truth it’s not Obama it’s actually “Steve”. He said whoever named him didn’t realize he would ever run for President. It was funny stuff...and McCain was really good.

Exactly who do you appeal to when the Supreme Court has decided a case?

"Tin foil hat stuff."

I hope you are wrong. The Hillary possible ineligibility is news to me, but at least 4 Supreme Court Justices have agreed to take the Obama "citizenship" case and they will hear it on Friday.

>"Exactly who do you appeal to when the Supreme Court has decided a case?"

You don't. In Obama's case, if they rule that he is not a natural born U.S. Citizen, he would be ineligible to serve. The Congress cannot enact emergency legislation to help him, because it would require an Amendment to the Constitution, and there isn't a 2/3 vote in both the House and Senate, nor will 3/4 of State Legislatures be able to pass it. He would be Kenyan toast.

The next full page ad runs tomorrow.

Maybe there should be one in the New York Times too.

Nah! Nobody reads the Times anymore.
