I've posted a series of articles on this effort to unfairly demonize conservatives as "bible tumbers"- because I saw absolutely no evidence of it in this election.

One of the Obama/Dem/socialist storm troopers, who obviously lurks on FR, wrote this on my Sarah Palin message board:

"This site is brilliant satire. I applaud you, sir! You have those poor, deluded saps over at freeperville fooled, but I can tell...What they fail to recognize is that time is on our side. The younger generations overwhelmingly support gay marriage, abortion rights, stem cell research, universal healthcare, etc. All we have to do is wait. The republican base is dying off. Every day, more old, white christians die while younger brown people, athiests, women, etc get to vote. Are they going to vote Republican, the so-called party of God? Hell no! Republicans only have themselves to thank for systematically alienating every single person in this country who is not white, rich and Christian (evangelical preferred). That base is dying..."

Obviously, the propaganda message is orchestrated from on high-as I see this same theme in the comment sections of many websites. To you lurking storm troopers, so much for reasoned debate. GOD save us from your America.

Nothing wrong with discussing the other perspectives so kids know what’s out there.

That poster is a moron.

The only thing he may be right about vis a vis younger generations is gay marriage. Polls have shown younger voters more pro-life than their parents. The baby boomer generation is by far the pro-choice generation out there.

Looking at Democrats, I see no evidence of evolution. De-evolution? Absolutely.

How can he equate ancient creation myths with the hard facts of physics and biology?

The same way our founders did when they wrote that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights. BTW, molecules to man evolution doesn't even come close to qualifying as "the hard facts of physics and biology".

One might think that the Republicans learned something from the drubbing they took in the 2006 and 2008 elections.

Could it be that Republicans find that the quest for power is not as important as the quest for truth?

A lot of us believe in evolution, it doesn’t negate belief in God. As C.S. Lewis said, Science teaches us how God created the world, the bible teaches us why.

“Following high school, Jindal attended Brown University, graduating with honors in biology and public policy.[7] Although he had thought of a career in medicine or law and was accepted by Harvard Medical School and Yale Law School, he chose to pursue a political career. He received a master’s degree in political science from New College, Oxford, as a Rhodes Scholar.”

I’m about, hmmm, 100% certain Bobby Jindal is smarter than this guy. Or Obama for that matter. Obama took BS law classes in college, aka fluff by liberal professors.

Excellent point. No reason for “Evolution” and “God” to be mutually exclusive.

One thing is clear, the evolutionists don’t have the foggiest idea Who they are railing against! God will have the last laugh on them!

Proverbs 1:25-33

“But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh;

When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you.

Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:

For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the LORD:

They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.

Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices.

For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.”

Unless you're an Islamist.
