After shaking the dust off your sandals, you take your peace (the blessing you claimed for that town) with you. Then again, if all Christians in Washington state abandoned the place, what would be left? I live in a Godless area myself and I cannot find it within me to simply withdraw to a nice conservative place and live in my Christian bubble. When we retire, if that word is still in everyday usage, it would be to a Christian bubble.
Some call it integrity, or practicing what you preach, or walking the walk; some call it a bubble. Not criticizing you or your choices, except choice of word. We all live in a "bubble," of some sort, don't we? The word implies impermeability and some loss of variety, but like the word "discrimination," it used to be a good thing!
