Repeat my earlier post responding to #86:
Whether he was elected or not, is irrelevant; the people did not _know_ he was ineligible. The DNC and news media hid the information from us.
Further, this the United States of America is not a democracy, where a mere 51% of the people vote to deny lawful rights. Specifically, We the People’s right to a lawful, U.S. Constitutionally guaranteed, President (and other branches). The Supreme Court members need to act accordingly.
Maybe take those monkeys and replace their signs with “Executive,” “Congress” and “Judicial”
McCain was born in Panama. At the time, it was a U.S. possession. The constitution considers a person born in a state, a territory or a U.S. possession to be a U.S. citizen.
When McCain was asked to prove his citizenship, he simply provided a birth CERTIFICATE, and the problem was solved.
Obama continues to spend millions to stonewall something that McCain was able to do for FREE.
Justice Breyer and Justice Scalia talk about how they interpret the constitution.
It reveals Justice Breyer cares more about purpose and consequence and Justice Scalia cares more about history and tradition.
Watch if you’d like. These two Justices could not be more DIFFERENT in their approach to the Constitution. It was chilling hearing Justice Breyer talk about applying the Constitution in today’s world. He stopped short of saying the Constitution is out of date!! I perceived an alarming lack of respect from Justice Breyer for the Constitution.
It is disturbing. Perhaps my perception is wrong but I am unsettled after viewing this video.

Appearing on Friday’s “Morning Joe,” former CBS anchor Dan Rather chided President Bush for not doing enough during his lame duck period and argued for moving Inauguration Day up to December 1.
And although Rather didn’t explain specifically what Bush wasn’t doing enough about (The financial crisis? The terrorist incident in India?), he did hyperbolically fret, “But, we’re in possibly, possibly the biggest crisis we’ve been in since December 7, 1941 and maybe since the time of the Civil War.” (As big a calamity as slavery and the dissolution of the Union?)
Addressing the past practice of inaugurating presidents in March, Rather lobbied “Thank heaven, we now swear them in, new presidents, in January.
I’d be in favor of moving it up to December 1st.” (The former network anchor didn’t explain how he would then deal with situations like the protracted 2000 post-election battle.)

McCain is a citizen by statute - not naturalization.

Now, if no one knew about his LIE, how does that make him eligible?
McCain is irrelevant. If O is deemed ineligible, the President will be Biden, Pelosi, or Hillary. So basically, it’s lose-lose for our party. But at least we uphold the constitution.
That's hilarious since this whole thing is a no lose for the Dem/marxist party. They could either change the Constitution for Obama or get Hillary elected. I don't think the party elites give a care which way it goes.
Is there any word on the vigil and how it is going? Are you in touch with Freeper Joe Thunder or beckman?
I do not believe that the SCOTUS will defer to New Jersey courts, to determine the meaning of ‘natural born citizen’ as the Founders meant, when applied to a citizens’ eligibility for the Presidency.

In Barry's case, he either was born in Kenya or his father registered his birth at a UK Consulate within 12 months of his birth. Either one, in my opinion, put him in a tough spot because there can be no claim of "well, I had no control over what some other country was doing... it was automatic,"
No it wasn't. Either it was because he was physically there or because his father specifically acted to place him under the jurisdiction of the Crown. And that, my friends, is not good.
Now, the burden of proof as to citizenship has shifted and the claimant of NCB must prove it. Cough up the docs, Barry, or go home to Mombassa.
