I’m not expecting any real substantial action on this but I wouldn’t be surprised to see the court strongly suggest that Obama clear this issue up.
There are other cases and if Zero doesn’t show the BC I think the court will take this up in a meaningfull way.
The press doesn’t care about this case, but I bet Obama and the DNC does. They are probably in full freak mode right now.
