You must not have seen Dr. Ron Polarik's forensic report on both the JPEG bc image, and the photographed images of the (reportedly) same document. They have both been completely debunked.
Do a search on FR for the report, if you want. It's extensive.
The point I'm making is that Obama, et al have put photographs of what they claim to be his authentic COLB on the internet. This is a paper document which Obama has in his possession.
He could even release THAT document for independent verification, if he so chooses. If independent analysis verifies it to be genuine, he's that much closer to disintegrating the whole controversy. If he would do just THAT, and the findings came out in his favor, he'd take the wind out of 90% of this issue.
Then again, it might be discovered to be a forgery, just as Ron Polarik has proved it to be.

I simply want to see his reaction to the challenge to allow verification of that COLB. I already know he'll refuse to let it be examined. If he is challenged in this way, and refuses, it will be one more damning indictment, and will further prove that he is indeed up to something criminal.
That is why I think Berg's case against BO, DNC, FEC has more merit than the cases against the SOSs. The cost to each state to do the research and verification would be prohibitive....multiplied by 50 (57).
OTOH the parties have the funding and should be held criminally liable for proposing a candidate that in NOT qualified.

Section 18 (d) allows the director to do just that.
d) Index data consisting of name and sex of the registrant, type of vital event, and such other data as the director may authorize shall be made available to the public.
So the statute clearly gives authority to the director to release any information on the registrant as she seems fit without authorization from the registrant. Now index data is not a birth certificate. But that is basically what the COLB is.

Still, you'd have to get the state of Hawaii to actually enforce their own rules, and you can bet your bottom dollar that Obama's attorneys would be there fighting it with everything under the sun.
Heck, I'd like to see both things done. A public challenge to Obama to release the COLB he has in his possession for independent analysis would result in a second, and parallel stonewall to the other. Simultaneously, a proper request made to the Hawaiian director of public records will either result in the release of this "index" document, or will likewise be stonewalled over existing Hawaiian statute.
I see it as a way to force the public to realize the scope and intensity of Obama's stonewalling, which will shine an even harsher spotlight on him.
Naturally, it would be even better if someone were successful at either attempt, but I don't hold out much hope for that. He's already proven that he will do everything, including spending over a million dollars, to stop the revelation of his birth certificate.
You betcha, if the chips fall that way. Him, and the rest of his criminal enterprise. That would also include the DNC.
