Deceptive headline.
First, he says to the press: “you won’t catch him.” Well, we know what that means, don’t we. The press won’t even TRY to catch him.
Then, he says there will be “no violations of the no-smoking rule in the White House.” But he forgets to add that the rules don’t apply to him.
How bout we help him out in that vow by not letting him occupy it to begin with until he produces a valid BC?
“Won’t catch him” are the key words. His security staff won’t let you near him until he’s finished and aired out, and changed clothes.

“Not being caught” smoking isn’t the same as not smoking.

Well, good for him. I’m a still a smoker, but I haven’t smoked indoors or subjected others to my second hand smoke for over 20 years. If he goes out to the rose garden for a smoke, I won’t complain. If he doesn’t use an intern for a humidor, he is 1000 times better than the last democrat POTUS. However, I have much more significant issues with Obama than his smoking habits.
