Five weeks after the state of Hawaii vouched for the authenticity of President-elect Barack Obama's birth certificate The media keeps on misreporting to distort public perception.

Either they are liars or they don’t know what they are talking about. Hawaii didn’t verify the birth certificate.

It’s not a good sign that the MSM is finally covering this story. I suspect they expect the SCOTUS to announce tomorrow that they’re not taking the case.

The Muslim Messiah’s Gestapo will attempt to stop any exposure via blogs on the Internet. Freedom of Speech will be their first target, IMO. Freepers will be high on their list.

Nyhan co-authored a study this year that said journalists' attempts to correct misinformation is unlikely to sway public perceptions because many people want to believe the misperception. Journalists attempt to correct misinformation???? LOL, that is a good one! I needed a good laugh.

BINGO - the thing that separates CONSERVATIVES from the moronic lefties who can only think with the hearts. Brains are disconnected totally in the left side.

Then just show us the original birth certificate!
It's not too much to ask from the state of Hawaii, is it?.
Where's my applesauce...

If the media wants an interesting story they should ask Zero if his pride is more important than global stability.

Yup. FR will probably suffer cyber attacks of an 'unknown origin', press will say from China or Russia. It will be from Obammy's secret works in the sub basements outside Baltimore.

I am beginning to suspect Obama is a natural-born citizen, and that his birth certificate will confirm this....but it will reveal something else Obama doesn’t want known.
That is the only possible explanation.

Journalist's attempts to correct misinformation?????
Never mind the idiot who wrote this cannot even form grammatically correct sentences (...attempts to correct misinformation is ARE unlikely...)
These are the morons who think they deliver accurate and unbiased "news" to the proles.

I think the article was factually accurate. Hawaii did verify that a birth certificate exists. They did not say anything about the contents of that birth certificate.

If this was going to go anywhere, the loons over at Kos and DU would be trashing Trig and Bristol Palin right now in order to draw people's attention away from their "messiah."
